Description

The AFRA water pump is engineered with high-grade materials to ensure superior performance, durability, and reliability. Its pump body is constructed from corrosion-resistant AISI304 stainless steel, while the pump support and motor housing are made from aluminum for optimal strength and heat dissipation. The impeller is made of PPO (polyphenylene oxide), a high-performance thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical properties and resistance to heat and chemicals. The motor shaft is also crafted from AISI304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting operation even under harsh conditions. A ceramic/graphite mechanical seal offers dependable leak prevention, and high-quality 6202RZ bearings are used for both 0.75HP and 1HP models.

The motor features insulation class B and IP44 protection, along with a built-in thermal protector for added safety. Designed for continuous duty (S1), the pump operates with a two-pole induction motor and supports a wide voltage range single-phase power supply (165V–260V~50/60Hz), making it suitable for areas with unstable voltage. It is capable of operating in ambient temperatures up to 50°C and handling liquids with temperatures up to 100°C. With a maximum suction lift of 6 meters, this pump is ideal for demanding residential, commercial, and light industrial applications requiring high thermal tolerance and dependable performance.
