Description

The AFRA water pump is constructed using premium materials to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and efficient operation. The pump body is made from either AISI304 stainless steel or PPO nylon, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The pump support is available in cast iron or aluminum, offering a balance between strength and lightweight durability. The motor housing is crafted from aluminum for effective heat dissipation. The impeller is manufactured from AISI304 stainless steel, ensuring robust and reliable fluid handling. The motor shaft combines carbon steel with AISI304 stainless steel to provide strength and corrosion resistance.

The pump features a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for reliable, leak-free operation. High-quality 6202 RZ bearings are used for 0.5HP, 0.8HP, and 1HP models, ensuring smooth performance and long life. The motor is designed with insulation class B and IP44-rated protection, along with a thermal protector to prevent overheating during continuous service (S1). Powered by a two-pole induction motor, the pump supports both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) power supplies. It operates efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, handles liquid temperatures up to 60°C, and offers a maximum suction lift of 8 meters, making it suitable for various residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
