Description

The AFRA water pump is constructed using high-quality materials to ensure strength, durability, and long-term performance. Both the pump body and support are made from cast iron, providing a solid and stable foundation. The motor housing is crafted from aluminum, which offers excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. A durable brass impeller delivers reliable water flow, while the motor shaft combines carbon steel with AISI304 stainless steel for enhanced strength and rust resistance. The ceramic/graphite mechanical seal ensures leak-proof operation and longevity. Depending on the model, the pump is equipped with precision bearings—6201 RZ/6201 RA for 0.5HP units and 6202 RA/6202 RZ for 0.75HP and 1HP versions.

The motor is designed with insulation class B, IP44 protection, and features a thermal protector to prevent overheating. Built for continuous service (S1), the pump uses a two-pole induction motor, compatible with both single-phase power supplies. It can operate efficiently in ambient temperatures up to +40°C and handle liquid temperatures up to +60°C, with a maximum suction capacity of 8 meters—making it ideal for a variety of domestic, agricultural, and light industrial applications.
