Description

The AFRA water pump is engineered with high-quality materials and precision components to ensure durability, efficiency, and long-lasting performance. Its construction features a robust cast iron pump body and support, offering excellent strength and resistance to mechanical stress. The motor housing is made of aluminum, providing effective heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. A twin brass impeller enhances water flow and pressure performance, making the pump suitable for demanding applications. The motor shaft is manufactured from a combination of carbon steel and AISI304 stainless steel, delivering both mechanical strength and corrosion protection.

The pump includes a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for leak-proof operation and long service life. It is equipped with premium-grade bearings tailored to different power ratings: 6203 RZ/6202 RZ for 1HP, 6204 RZ/6204 RZ for 1.5HP and 2HP, and 6305 RZ/6204 RZ for 3HP and 4HP models. The motor is designed with insulation class B and IP44-rated protection, along with an integrated thermal protector to safeguard against overheating. Built for continuous service (S1), the pump uses a reliable two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) versions, making it suitable for a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial pumping applications.
