Its pump body and impeller are made of robust cast iron for mechanical strength and durability, while the motor housing is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. The motor shaft is made from carbon steel with optional AISI 304 SS for added longevity in harsh environments. The ceramic/graphite mechanical seal ensures secure, leak-free performance.
The pump is equipped with high-quality bearings tailored to motor power: 6201RZ for 0.18kW & 0.25kW, 6203RZ/6202RZ for 0.45kW to 0.75kW, 6204RZ/6202RZ for 1.1kW & 1.5kW, and 6205RZ/6203RZ for 2.2kW models. It uses a two-pole induction motor, available in both single-phase (220V/60Hz) and three-phase (380V/60Hz) versions. The motor features Class B insulation, IP68 protection, a built-in thermal protector, and is designed for continuous service (S1). The pump operates effectively with ambient temperatures up to +40°C, liquid temperatures up to +60°C, and supports a maximum suction depth of 5 meters.
