Description

This high-performance pump is designed for precision and durability in demanding industrial environments. It is ideally suited for applications such as industrial pressurization, water supply systems, boiler feed and condensing systems, cooling and air-conditioning systems, and various water treatment processes. Capable of handling thin, clean, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquids—including weak acids and alkalis—the pump supports operation with fluid temperatures ranging from -20°C to +104°C and a pH range of 6.5 to 8.5. It functions reliably in ambient temperatures below 40°C and altitudes up to 1000 meters, with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa and tolerance for voltage fluctuations of ±10%.

Powered by a high-efficiency 2-pole motor, the unit is available in both single-phase (220–240V/50Hz) and three-phase (380–415V/50Hz) configurations, with options for 60Hz and custom voltages. The motor features IP55 protection, Class F insulation, and is rated for continuous duty (S1). A built-in thermal protector safeguards single-phase models, while C&U high-temperature bearings ensure long-lasting performance. Designed for frequent starts, the motor supports up to 20 starts per hour and over 100,000 lifetime starts. Note: The pump must be primed with water before operation to remove air and ensure proper functionality.
