Description

The AFRA water pump is engineered with high-quality materials to ensure durability and efficient performance. The pump body and support are constructed from sturdy cast iron, providing excellent strength and stability. The motor housing is made of aluminum, which offers effective heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. The impeller is available in either PPO (polyphenylene oxide) or AISI304 stainless steel, delivering reliable flow and resistance to wear and corrosion. The motor shaft combines carbon steel with AISI304 stainless steel for enhanced mechanical strength and longevity.

The pump features a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for secure, leak-proof operation. It uses premium bearings—6203 RZ/6202 RZ for 0.75HP, 1HP, and 1.2HP models, and 6204 RZ bearings for 1.5HP models—to ensure smooth and durable rotation. The motor includes insulation class B and IP44-rated protection, as well as a thermal protector to prevent overheating. Designed for continuous operation (service class S1), the pump runs on a two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) configurations. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, handles liquids up to 60°C, and offers a maximum suction lift of 8 meters, making it suitable for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
