Description

The AFRA water pump is designed with durable materials and advanced engineering to deliver reliable performance across various applications. Its pump body is made of strong cast iron for structural integrity, while the pump support and motor housing are constructed from lightweight and corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and long service life. The impeller is available in either brass or AISI304 stainless steel, providing flexibility for different usage needs and offering excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. The motor shaft is crafted from carbon steel combined with AISI304 stainless steel, ensuring strength and durability under continuous operation.

The pump features a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal for secure, leak-proof sealing and is equipped with high-quality bearings: 6201 RZ for 0.5HP and 0.7HP models, and 6203 RZ/6202 RZ for 1HP models. The motor is insulated to Class B standards and protected with an IP44 rating, along with a built-in thermal protector to prevent overheating. Designed for continuous operation (S1), the pump runs on a two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) configurations. It operates efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and can handle liquid temperatures up to 60°C, with a maximum suction lift of 8 meters—making it an ideal choice for residential, agricultural, and commercial water systems.
