Description

The AFRA water pump is built with robust construction features designed for high performance, durability, and long service life. Both the pump body and support are made of heavy-duty cast iron, offering excellent strength and structural stability. The motor housing is constructed from aluminum, which provides efficient heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. A brass impeller ensures reliable water flow and high resistance to wear, while the motor shaft is made from a combination of carbon steel and AISI304 stainless steel, delivering superior mechanical strength and corrosion protection.

The pump is equipped with high-quality bearings tailored to different motor capacities: 6203 RZ/6202 RZ for 1HP, 6204 RZ/6204 RZ for 1.5HP and 2HP, 6205 RZ/6204 RZ for 3HP, and 6204 RZ/6205 RZ for 4HP and 5.5HP. It features insulation class B and IP44 protection, along with a built-in thermal protector to prevent overheating. Designed for continuous duty (service class S1), the pump is driven by a two-pole induction motor. It is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) models, making it suitable for a wide range of residential, agricultural, and industrial applications.
