The AFRA water pump is built with high-quality materials ensuring durability and efficient performance. Its pump body is constructed from robust cast iron, while the pump support and motor housing are made of lightweight yet strong aluminum. The impeller is available in either brass or AISI304 stainless steel, offering flexibility based on application needs. The motor shaft combines carbon steel with AISI304 stainless steel for added strength and corrosion resistance. A reliable ceramic/graphite mechanical seal ensures leak-proof operation. The pump features precision bearings, with specific models using 6201 RZ, 6202 RZ, or 6204 RZ, depending on the horsepower (ranging from 0.5HP to 2.0HP). It is compatible with both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) power supplies and includes a thermal protector for enhanced safety. With insulation class B and IP44 protection, it operates reliably under continuous service (S1) conditions. The pump can function effectively in ambient temperatures up to +40°C and handle liquid temperatures up to +60°C, with a maximum suction height of 8 meters. It is powered by a two-pole induction motor designed for longevity and continuous use.
