Description

The AFRA water pump is engineered for strength, reliability, and efficiency, making it ideal for both domestic and light industrial use. Its construction features a rugged cast iron pump body and support, ensuring exceptional durability and stability during operation. The motor housing is made from aluminum, providing effective heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. The impeller is constructed from brass, delivering reliable water flow performance and long service life. A carbon steel and AISI304 stainless steel combination is used for the motor shaft, enhancing structural integrity and resistance to wear. The mechanical seal is made of ceramic and graphite, ensuring a leak-proof and maintenance-free operation.

The pump is equipped with high-performance bearings: 6201RZ for 0.17HP, 0.3HP, and 0.5HP models, and 6202RZ for 0.75HP and 1HP models. The motor includes insulation class B and IP44 protection, along with a thermal protector for added safety against overheating. Built for continuous operation (service class S1), the pump utilizes a two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) configurations. It is designed to operate efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and can handle liquid temperatures from 60°C to 100°C based on demand. With a maximum suction capacity of 8 meters, this pump is a dependable choice for a wide range of water supply and transfer applications.
