Description

The AFRA water pump is designed with robust construction and reliable performance in mind, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Its pump body and support are made from high-strength cast iron, ensuring durability and resistance to mechanical stress. The motor housing is crafted from aluminum, offering excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. A brass impeller ensures efficient water flow and long service life, while the motor shaft combines carbon steel with AISI304 stainless steel, providing both mechanical strength and protection against rust and corrosion. The mechanical seal is made of ceramic and graphite, ensuring dependable leak-proof operation.

The pump incorporates high-quality bearings, with 6201 RZ used for 0.5HP models and 6202 RZ for 0.75HP and 1HP models. It features insulation class B and IP44-rated protection, along with a built-in thermal protector to prevent overheating. Engineered for continuous duty (S1), the unit operates with a two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) power options. The pump performs reliably in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and can handle liquid temperatures ranging from 60°C to 100°C, depending on operational requirements. With a maximum suction height of 8 meters, this pump is ideal for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
