Description

The AFRA water pump is built with durable construction materials to ensure long-term reliability and performance across various applications. The pump body and support are made from heavy-duty cast iron, providing excellent strength and durability. Its motor housing is crafted from aluminum for efficient heat dissipation and lightweight protection. The pump features a brass impeller, which ensures efficient water flow and corrosion resistance. The motor shaft is a combination of carbon steel and AISI304 stainless steel, delivering a balance of strength and resistance to wear and corrosion. A ceramic/graphite mechanical seal ensures leak-proof operation and long-lasting performance.

The pump is equipped with high-quality bearings—6201RZ for models ranging from 0.17HP to 0.5HP, and 6202RZ for 0.75HP and 1HP versions. It features insulation class B, IP44-rated protection, and an integrated thermal protector for enhanced motor safety. Designed for continuous service (S1), the unit is powered by a two-pole induction motor and is available in both single-phase (220V50/60Hz) and three-phase (380V50/60Hz) configurations. The pump operates efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and can handle liquids with temperatures ranging from 60°C to 100°C, depending on demand. With a maximum suction capacity of 8 meters, this pump is ideal for residential, agricultural, and light industrial uses.
